We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases, however we know that buying online is not always easy. 

We do not offer refunds (unless the item is faulty and unworn), however if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or your item is not suitable you are more than welcome to receive an exchange or store credit/gift card valid for 3 years.

To exchange, the following conditions apply:


  • Before you send anything, please contact us at to organise your exchange
  • We do not offer a free returns service. Any returns must be made at your own cost. Refunds or credit notes will not be issued for lost items through your carrier

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition it was dispatched to you in otherwise the return or exchange is void

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order  

  • Alison Dominy reserves the right to reject the return of goods which are not returned in accordance with our Returns / Exchange policy 

  • Please allow 10 working days for exchanges and returns to be processed 


If you receive a faulty item, please make us aware at as soon as possible so we can inspect and offer a replacement item. Items need to be returned within 7 days

Please note faulty items that have been worn and or washed will not be accepted

Any items returned that do not have their original label/s still attached will not be accepted for a refund.

    Items purchased as a sale/clearance product are final and not entitled to a refund simply because of change of mind.
