We strive to ensure you are satisfied with your purchases. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, or your item is not suitable you are more than welcome to receive a refund. For a full refund, the items must be returned within 7 days of purchase for Australia and New Zealand and 14 International orders. Please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account once we receive your return.

You must notify us immediately if you receive an item that is a faulty product.
We have some policies around returns to ensure our garment quality control is upheld at all times. When trying on an item, please ensure that it is kept free of marks or scents such as perfume, deodorant, cosmetics, food, cigarettes, jewellery, animals, mould. Products that have been washed; and or all other items that will damage the garment will not be accepted for return. Any items that are returned in an un-kept manner, stretched, pulled or torn will not be accepted for a refund.
Any items returned that do not have their label/s still attached will not be accepted for a refund. If returned items indicate that the above has not been followed and it is evident that these instructions have not been fully complied with, a refund will not be accepted. Please refer to the full Terms and Conditions and Returns Policy.
If you request a refund or you are advised your order could not be filled due to non - supply of goods, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to appear on your account.
The return of sale items will receive a store credit valid for 12 months.
